Description

The TMR1850X is an ultra-low power frequency oscillator in the 1kHz to 200kHz very resilient to temperature variations. It is based on two RC oscillators, fed back in a digital PLL-like loop. Then, with the addition of a look-up table it is possible to compensate the resistor variation over temperature, so to achieve frequency variations lower than 10 ppm(parts per million) per ℃ in the -25℃ to 100℃ range, with a power consumption of only tenths of nW.
