The chip ANTE is a RS-232 Analyzer that is designed as part of a system that includes an exteranl SRAM, an LCD display, a small keyboard, and a series of LEDs. The system would allow serial connections to be stored in the external RAM, check compliance to different RS232 protocol settings and allow a user to scroll through the content and to analyze the communication.
